I love how the writers subtly made it so that Sokka was more mature about the rivalry between the tribes. Katara heard one side of the story and decided to not just side with the Gan Jins but also greatly dislike the Zhangs based on a biased story. Sokka did believe the Zhangs, but he didn't seem to dislike the Gan jins as Katara did the Zhangs. Then add on that Katara said "not punished enough" when she didn't know much about the punishment, for how long, and wasn't even personally in the tribes. It just felt like a nice touch. Same with the "stealing from pirates" thing. Sokka was the one mature and thinking about their safety, while Katara took personal offence to a waterbending scroll being stolen, and decided to risk all their safety for a piece of parchment when she is already planning to get a teacher.

One of my favorite moments from this season, is the combination of the OST when Lloyd kicks the bell, and the changes in outfits + swords show up. That's such a cool made power-up moment! 💚

The Temple of Light scene is hands down one of the best moments in the whole show, and the music and visuals are so sick. It truly feels so well built up. Seeing the ninja finally get a chance to beat the Stone army and absolutely dripping out in a dope suit and dope weapons and Lloyd becoming even more powerful is so cool. I also love Cole's drilling vehicle, and I remember having a Lego set of it, and it's probably Cole's best vehicle.
